MARC HOPPUS AND JOHN MAYER JOIN FOB!
Wentzy Tweeted back: “[Fall Out Boy] just got a whole lot more hit songs! I can’t believe I quit the band!”
However, Hoppus’ time in Fall Out Boy was remarkably short-lived when he announced immediately after joining the band that “For the record, as of right now, I am also quitting Fall Out Boy.”
Thankfully acclaimed US singer/songwriter John Mayer has decided to step up to the mark and announced via his Twitter that “I am replacing Mark Hoppus in Fall Out Boy.”
Mayer quickly followed up his Tweet with another unveiling Fall Out Boy’s new frontman: “As defacto leader and bass player of Fall Out Boy, I am thrilled to announce Queensryche's Geoff Tate is our new singer."
While Wentzy declined to comment on these fresh Fall Out Boy line-up changes, he did give fans an insight into what musical direction he’s taking next: “I want to make music that is exclusively played at sporting events,” he Tweeted.

FALL OUT BOY OFFFICIALY OVER??
The emo superstars officially went on hiatus in October last year and released their greatest hits album, Believers Never Die, the following month.
"[I] don't know the future of Fall Out Boy," Wentzy wrote in an entry on his official website, petewentz.com. "As far as I know Fall Out Boy is on a break. As much as I don't have a solo project, I also can't predict that I'd ever play in Fall Out Boy again."
“In this statement I'd like to include there is the possibility that FOB will play again without me or I will be a part of it when everyone is on the same page," he added.
Fall Out Boy frontman Patrick Stump, who, as previously reported, is currently working on a solo album, responded by saying:
"I'm not in Fall Out Boy right now. But one way or another, the band will always be around in some form. Steven Tyler isn't in Aerosmith anymore, but his gravestone will probably say something about Aerosmith. Whether we play again or not, I don't know. If we do, it will be for the right reasons. If we don't, it will also be for the right reasons."

Frances Bean Cobain, Gerard Way, Andrew WK on Amanda Palmer Side Project LP
First the good news: Palmer and longtime friend/collaborator Jason Webley announced that their side project Evelyn Evelyn, a duo that purports to be “conjoined twins who had spent their lives trapped in the circus industry” will release their debut LP this spring.
And now the soon-to-be-viral news: Their eponymous full-length album will include “an anthemic 80’s power ballad entitled ‘My Space’” featuring “gang vocals” by “Weird Al” Yankovic, My Chemical Romance singer Gerard Way, Andrew WK, writer/Palmer fiancé Neil Gaiman, Tegan and Sara, and Frances Bean Cobain.
The album is due out March 30th on Eleven Records (take that Roadrunner!) and a European tour has been announced with a full US and Canadian tour to follow. Meanwhile, watch Palmer and Webley perform as faux-conjoined twins here, download a free track that they’ve given us to share here, or stream a few Evelyn Evelyn songs on the MySpace page where “they were discovered” here.
**Update: We need to add more names to the epic list above! According to Chantal Claret, she and members of Mindless Self Indulgence (her husband, Jimmy Urine is their frontman and Gerard Way’s wife, Lyn-Z, is their bassist) have also contributed to this project. Wow, I can’t wait to hear this thing.

La historia fue como sigue: Courtney Love quería a alguien a cantar la línea "Gente como tú mierda gente como yo". La cantante de Hole sondeado Billy Corgan (Smashing Pumpkins) y Gerard Way (My Chemical Romance). Pero cuando era el director Brett Ratner en Los Ángeles, se reunió con Mariah Carey, que se ofreció a cantar las palabras.

"I was at his house and sang the words. Suddenly, I heard a voice saying 'Beauty, I sing it. Here is Mariah." I played a demo version and she sang. I wanted someone in that room had a tape recorder, "said Courtney.
However, the contribution ended up not being met. Courtney Love explained that he preferred to leave aside the participation of Mariah Carey.
"I never met with her for a minute, but we have nothing to do. We have nothing bad to talk to each other, but I'm not in her or her universe in my" added Courtney Love.
